Directors Neil Hyde and Chris Felton have worked together for more than 30 years building up the reputation of the agency as one of the best and most respected in the country.

Our office, based near Reading, within striking distance of the M4, M3 and M40 and only 40 minutes from London, is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year - including Christmas!

We provide copy to all national news papers, TV and radio outlets, local newspaper groups and international publications. Our pictures appear throughout the world, especially given our reputation for getting the big exclusives.

The features department, headed by ex-Fleet Street news editor Tom Hendry, knows no bounds and our feature writers travel nationwide - and internationally - to secure the best and most interesting stories for publication.

Our News Service

INS provides running copy from major court cases in Reading, Oxford, Aylesbury and Guildford. We cover inquests and tribunals and accept commissions for exclusives from all major recognised publications. Our team of experienced journalists works a shift system which ensures a 24-hour top quality service.

We have an established reputation for providing fast, accurate copy on major breaking stories in the south east of England including the trans-Atlantic terror plot, the torture, rape and murder of schoolgirl Mary Anne Leneghan and the BBQ bloodbath which shocked a tiny South Oxon hamlet.

Over the years we can claim many exclusives ranging from a secret report on the escape of two convicted killers from Broadmoor Hospital, for which INS faced a High Court battle to protect its sources, to the antics of the Greenham Common peace protestors.

Our court service for local newspapers provides daily copy on an ordered basis only and our new email alert system offers a 20% DISCOUNT for registered members.
